Required minimum 1-3 years of experience in the placement field of Skill Development Sector with Master degree in any discipline.

Job Role-

1.Identifying industries/companies for placement of youth 
2.Orienting the industry on the programme 
3.Providing Leads for both Technical & Non Technical Domains
4.Developing a data base of industries visited every week 
5.Provide weekly report to the Line Manager 
6.Follow up of Partner commitments 
7.Feedback from Hiring Managers from the Industry. 
8.Visiting all centers on a weekly basis. 
9.Assessing the youth’s capabilities/quality of training 
10.If gaps in training as per the placement requirements intimate the State coordinator/Regional Coordinator. 
11.Ensure one guest lecture per trade per batch 
12.Ensuring documentary evidence of placement in each centre. 
13.Ensure 80% placement within the state 
14.Ensure all students in each of the centers are placed- atleast 80% 
15.Assess reasons for youth not placed 
16.Assist in the placement within industry 
17.Conduct post placement survey along with the M&E team after three months of batch completion
